A Night to Remember is a historical book written by Walter Lord in 1955. This book tells the historically famous story of the RMS Titanic luxury liner. The book gives a very detailed description and history of the sinking. Lord has also interviewed many survivors and says what they feel and see in this tragic event. The book gives the story of the final few hours of the liner as well as what is happening inside. It shows what the survivors said and felt in that very moment. It also gives a list of all the passengers, Titanic facts as well as an introduction written by award-winning author Nathaniel Philback. I think that you should read this book because it is very detailed and descriptive. I promise that it will be a great read for any history-loving kid. ( Please note that this is an adult book so don’t give it to anyone that can’t read or understand an adult book.)
